‘Wheels for Change’ Christmas fundraising appeal

Tuesday 3 December 2019 was a busy day over at Wheels for Wellbeing. Coinciding with the international day of charitable giving, known as #GivingTuesday, it signified the launch of our Christmas fundraising appeal!

The aim of the appeal was to ensure the continuation of our campaigning efforts, following the expiration of our 3-year Comic Relief grant. Since 2016, we have identified and lobbied to remove the many physical, legal and societal barriers to cycling. As a result, we have become the recognised voice of Disabled cyclists nationally.

We ended up raising a fantastic £992.75 through our Christmas appeal, with one of our donors (who wishes to remain anonymous) pledging to match fund this amount!

The Wheels for Wellbeing team would like to give a HUGE thanks to our extremely generous donors – none of this would have been possible without your support!
