Good morning! No new consultations this week, but there is a survey from an MSC student who is writing his dissertation on the perceptions of safety cycle lanes segregation:https://herts.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0eMl2u58KWV8cyq

The survey takes 4-5 min, and anyone who is over 18 and has cycled in the past year.

  • Lambeth: Railton and Oval LTN consultations, including proposals to allow Blue Badge holders and some wheelchair accessible taxis/hire vehicles to pass through some filters. (closes 12th October)
  • Sutton: Consultation on bids for Sutton’s Neighbourhood Fund, 2021. This includes a proposal to install ‘motorcycle inhibitor gates’ on Roundshaw Downs, which are likely to make the Downs inaccessible for some Disabled cyclists. (closes 3rd October)
  • Tower Hamlets: Mansell Street (opportunity to ask questions about proposed new cycle lane)
  • Chiswick: Cycleway 9 Chiswick High Road (request for feedback)
  • Camden Safe and Healthy Streets feedback portal (There are numerous schemes being consulted on, so please browse and respond if you cycle in/near Camden)
  • TfL proposals to reduce speed limits to 20mph on some roads (closes November)
